BIG BOYS is a rip-roaring comedy by Rich Orloff that takes it to Corporate America and combines the comic styles of the Marx Brothers and Abbott & Costello. Norm is looking to move up the corporate ladder. He's an average, upstanding man who applies for a job at the company CEO Victor runs. Victor is egotistical, unethical, and amoral, simply put, he's a CEO. To him "no" is a foreign word, playing head games comes naturally, and screaming at his secretary who's sitting right outside his door saves money.

To Norm, "decency" is what sets him apart. He has a new love life, a job with the CEO as his mentor, and Norm truly believes that he has a chance to set a new tone in the company. But before he knows it Victor has taken an unhealthy interest in Norm's personal life, which has started to disintegrate.

Eventually, Norm begs Victor to teach him all he knows, even though he despises Victor's practices. As Norm transforms into the spitting image of Victor will he be able to keep some part of his former self?

"Rip-roaringly funny. An on-target skewering of the ethically murky cesspool among corporate America's elite. With its snappy dialogue and non-stop mayhem, BIG BOYS proves a winner."
- New York Times

"BIG BOYS is well-timed. The scathing two-character comedy explores the unethical behavior of a greedy and corrupt CEO who badgers, bullies and harasses his nerdy new recruit. His dialogue has a distinctive rhythm and boasts the kind of rapid-fire repartee with which Matthau and Lemmon would have had a field day."
